These Terms govern your use of PLACEHOLDER, operated by PLACEHOLDER PVT LTD. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not resident in a restricted jurisdiction to use PLACEHOLDER.

Stakes and payouts

Matches are played for an agreed stake, held in escrow for the duration of the game. The winner receives both players' stakes. Draws, aborts, and server faults are refunded in full to both players.

Fair play

Use of chess engines, external assistance, or collusion with another account is prohibited. See our Fair Play Policy.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to a 20% fee, deducted from the withdrawn amount before payout.
